OPERATIONS ASSISTANT & BOOKKEEPER – NEW YORK (SoHo) Studio

Supporting our Operations Director in all aspects of accounting/bookkeeping, operations, and office management. This is a one-of-a kind opportunity to work in a dynamic creative environment and be an integral part of an amazing and hard working team.
Accounting/Office Responsibilities:
Sales and purchase invoicing
Database management
Preparation of management accounts
Front of house reception duties, calendar, travel and facilities management
Liaison with suppliers and debt management
You:
Stellar at working with to-do lists, calendars, and outlook and extremely organised with a strong ability to multi-task.
A real team player; adaptable, with a strong 'can do attitude', and an eagerness to learn. Great communication skills - must be a confident and effective communicator with a professional and friendly demeanor and a great attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, reliable and willing to make a long term commitment.
Previous hands-on experience in providing administrative, executive, or personal support.
Knowledgable in Account Edge. Previous CPA firm experience is a plus.
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciling, and general ledger entries is a must.
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word for Mac.
